Since becoming a young adult Tiffany has had an interest in a healthy lifestyle as well as helping others. Since 2003, she worked in the healthcare setting as a physical therapist helping people heal after injury.
In 2020 she had time to re-evaluate her life and decided to step away from her career to focus on her family and self. Through soul searching, her ever present love of nature shined through, guiding her path. She enrolled in the River Bend School of Yoga in 2021 to seek a way to help herself and others live a healthier lifestyle that benefits the mind, body and spirit.
In May 2021 she melded her love of nature and creativity into Wild Roots, a local business creating natural body care products inspired by nature.
She graduated from River Bend School of Yoga in November 2021 where she not only obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate but found more peace and clarity through yoga philosophy. She is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and can be followed online at Wildflower Yoga.
She is an inquisitive soul and lifelong learner who loves her family and friends deeply. She enjoys combining her knowledge of anatomy and functional movements with yoga philosophy to give her students the tools needed to find peace on and off the mat. As well as teaching yoga classes, she instructs the anatomy portion of the River Bend School of Yoga.
