Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout. It is designed to work all the muscle groups as well as incorporate the mindful aspects of yoga. Yoga Sculpt utilizes hand weights and resistance bands to burn more calories, build strength and increase endurance. This is a music driven class for all levels.
